Great customer service. Everyone I dealt with from the initial phone call to the driver for pick up and drop off were very professional and informative. Every step was flawless which made for a stress free smooth operation. Highly recommend.

We called Pack-Rat a a very difficult time, and they were unfailingly kind and helpful. Prompt delivery allowed us to safeguard precious keepsakes when everything else had been destroyed by the hurricane. To others it’s just a container but for us it was peace of mind.

Had a great experience with all the Pack Rat folks from the back office service people to the delivery drivers. The price was so much better than the other guys. Would recommend them for anyone making a move and needing temporary storage.
