They were halfway kind when I walked in. They helped me when I asked for assistance. They did not have what I needed but overall I would say it's a good little store compared to what is around I would recommend

I have been coming to this O’Reilly for almost 3 years. I have a commercial account there. This store has a very high turnover rate. I think there is only 1 or 2 people that have been there for a year or more. You can get good service, depending who you speak to. The manager, Julie (I think that’s her name, I’m bad with names) is very nice and helpful. Brittany (salesperson) and Larry (delivery driver) always great you with a happy smile. As for everyone else, you pretty much have to know what you’re looking for and don’t expect much out of them. Love this place though.

Great service as always. I've never had any issues w this place. W purchases or returns. I have also been to the location in Monroe where I've had more issues w returns then anything, but the employees have been just ad helpful and nice.

Had my online order ready ahead of time. The associate was friendly. The only challenge is getting in a d out the parking lot because it's not that big and traffic is usually hectic in that spot.

Poor customer service! Either lazy or uneducated and can only look up an item in the computer, no interest in searching for an alternate part to help someone broken down while traveling. Fortunately the town has other auto parts store that have rockstars working there. Skip this place and go to Advance Auto.

I had ordered a part for my car I was told it would be in at 7 the next day didn't get part until 5 o'clock that day I was disappointed because when I order from Auto zone or Advance Auto the part be there like they said I don't think I will order parts from them no more especially if I need my car fixed ASAP

I needed new brakes and the employees helped me very well. Charlie Owens helped me find the parts fast and gave me the best advice. Landon changed the brakes and rotor for me and did a quick and excellent job. I give a 5 star review, this is the best shop to go to.
