I enjoy shopping at CVS! The rewards card and the app help me to save money. The staff is so helpful!!! The automatic refills on my medicine with texts to let me know when the prescription is ready is very convenient. It's a great store and a great pharmacy. It's like visiting family. Even the manager welcomes me by name.

Don't get pictures sent there....they mix them with other people's and you don't get them and it's ok to them...I did that for years myself and I knew what I was doing so....get them at Walmart. You'd be better off

Been visiting this place since I moved here, 4 years ago, because of the high turn over rate they still do not know me when picking up medication. The CVS in TN got to know their clients very well with friendly service, not so much here in Wadesboro, NC.

If I could give it a zero I would. It's one of two pharmacies in town when two others closed within the last two years and they have yet prove they can keep up, close early, drive thru is horrible, inside horrible. Rude and nasty employees. You would think with their business and sales being up they would do better but nope. They will have 6 or 7 folks behind the counter in pharmacy and still move at a slow pace.

Went to pharmacy to pickup meds and have been setting in line for 40 minutes, still have not gotten to the window yet 4 cars in front of me, 7 cars behind me. Store doesn’t close until 9:00, so what is the deal with having only drive through pickup?

Pharmacy advises customers closing time inconsistent with store policy. Pharmacy personnel told my husband over the phone to get there prior to 7pm and then closed early and refused to follow through with filling his prescription after he traveled over an hour to get there.

I followed the instructions on the website to schedule a Covid test. I was given an appointment time and confirmation code. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I pulled up to the drive-thru window as instructed, the window was closed even though the hours posted said they opened at 10am. I then waited thinking perhaps they were running a little behind. Cars started lining up behind me. No one ever came to the window. I then called the store and after about 10 minutes, someone from the pharmacy finally picked up. I explained that I was outside and I had an appointment at 11am for a Covid test. The person on the other end of the phone unapologetically told me that they were not doing testing that day. I explained that I had scheduled and had a conformation code. She couldn't have been less concerned and simply restated that they were not testing that day.I was required to have a test prior to returning to work and had to have it uploaded within 72hrs of my return, thanks to CVS in Wadesboro, I missed that window. Had I known they were not going to honor my appointment, I could have scheduled someplace else, how was I to know that scheduling and confirmation numbers meant absolutely nothing!!! I hate it when my time is. WASTED!!!?
