My family has purchased several cars from here over the years. None of them have ever had major issues. Keep your oil changed and keep up with routine maintenance and you'll be fine.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Talked to Tyler about a truck last night. We agreed on a price, and I told him I’d be there this morning (they are 2 hours from me). I was about 30 minutes out when I get a message from him saying “the truck may be sold”. I told him I was 45 minutes out, he said “ Hispanic guy came, says he is goin to get money.” I asked him if I needed to turn around and go home. He says “Come on first come first serve” I can’t hold it. I get there and test drive, come back and told him I’d like to buy it. The guy that “was going to get the money” comes walking up and Tylar tells me “he can’t go back on his word so he is going to sell it to that guy. Then he tells me if I give $1000 more then we agreed on he’d sell it to me. Since I already drove 2 hours I told him I would do it. I walked to my truck to get the cash and he tells me the other guy was going to pay an extra thousand.I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but it seems as if Ross only cares about the money and I’m considering it a blessing that I didn’t do business with them. Perhaps they should change their name to Ross auto auction

Sold me a lemon. It was in the shop more than it was on the road. The trunk kept filling up with water and no one could figure out why. They do work with a local mechanic and will add the cost to your bill so I guess…that’s cool. I eventually had it towed back to them and bought from Ross and Son in Waco. I’ve had zero issues with my car from there.
