“We have been renting a unit from High Country Storage for over a year and can't recommend them enough. The facility is always spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained, and the climate control is amazing - no matter what the weather or temp is outside, inside is it always bone dry, the perfect temp, well lit, and easy to access. Little conveniences like a hand truck at every entrance are a nice touch that make it even easier to take our stuff in and out. The customer service has also been excellent. Danny made it very easy to rent and set up secure access and payment, and he responds to every call and message quickly and helpfully. I recently needed to have a lock cut off, and Danny immediately responded on a weekend and had the locksmith scheduled to meet me there within hours, and our problem was solved within 10 minutes of them arriving. I can't say enough good things about how the facility is maintained, and the customer care and service that is given. Would recommend them to anyone in need of storage!”
