Andrew and Lavonda were very professional and had a great attitude. They arrived about 8:30 am worked steady all day and finished about 7:30 pm, it was a big job. I would highly recommend them both.

These guys are wonderful from the propane delivery to the technician who came out to my house on a Saturday to find a leak, and boy was he thorough! He found several and fixed them double-checking everything inside and outside of the house. Glad I called them after smelling gas. Nothing to mess around with.

Having propane issues at a vacation home in North Carolina while living in Georgia could create a scary situation. Thanks to the staff and support team At Blossman Gas in Watauga County, N.C. my concerns were met on a timely and professional manner that allowed me to continue with my own schedule with complete confidence. I feel like this company isn't honest and upfront with customers. Even after asking that they stop, they continually auto draft out of my bank account with no explanation as to what the charges are for. We have to call and they just apologize only to do it again. I think it's very questionable to take money from customers with no notice or explanation. They also charge a very pricy "rental fee" for the tank each year.

I've always had good response about servicing my fireplace, however, not tohis time. I've been waiting over two weeks to get my pilot light lit--it's more complex than most.I feel I am being ow this is being ignored. I was told three times the service manager will call me, and I never get a call . Help me!Help! backreturnedcallback.

Andrew and Patrick arrived this morning, on time and promptly greeted us introducing themselves, and with smiles.They did a first class job installing our new heater and bbq grill too.Explained everything and before we knew it, they were finished.Right after that, Kevin arrived(also on time), to perform the routine maintenance.He was very friendly and knowledgeable, once explaining exactly what he was doingWe would rate Blossman Gas ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I would give 0 stars if I could but it will only let me give one star. Honestly do not go here go to blue ridge. Save yourself the pain of dealing with the manager Lee he is an absolutely atrocious manager. I went and asked him to fill my 20lb propane tanks. I had two, he wouldn’t even answer my question to if he could fill it. He literally would not even look at me or anything I’m definitely taking my business to blue ridge.

Blossman Gas in Boone, NC provided fantastic support beyond my expectations. As a new customer and new to propane service for primary heating, they helped me navigate problems I caused. They supported me with a temporary tank while my "permanent" tank had to be moved around due to my failure to follow codes and normal practice. So safety was their main goal but provided excellent support with a temporary tank to get me through an unusually cold winter requiring more frequent refills. I now know all the management team and most of the technicians and cannot think of a way they could have supported me, my home and heating through the cold spells any better then they did. If you need propane or related services in this area, Blossman Gas in Boone, NC is top notch!!

We chose Blossman to supply several major propane appliances to our cabin during an extensive renovation.
