“First the young man working was friendly and very helpful. The outside coolers for drinks was not stocked at all. It was not the employees fault because he did not have it to stock. Many people stop here for fuel. I think Harris Teeter could better stock this station with drinks of all kinds as they are losing money each time a customer goes elsewhere.”

“My understanding is that the pharmacy portion was purchased by a large chain in the past several years (during the pandemic). However, they continue to operate in the medical supply business. They sell items that other pharmacies don't often have. For example, we went there to purchase a nebulizer that was prescribed to a family member. None of the other pharmacies had one locally but Health Innovations had a used one that we purchased at a reasonable price (for medical equipment, that is.)”

“Extremely friendly and even more helpful staff, every single last person there! I have the app downloaded to renew my prescriptions monthly. (Which by the way you can put notes in to the pharmacy as well as just checking a box for renewal.... and can pay with credit card for products, AND have them delivered to your front door!!!!,) & Aberdeen Prescription Shoppe is faster than my Dr....(2 blocks away) for getting my refills in the system... 9 times out 10 I'm waiting on my Dr (that I just left the office) to send over authorization for renewal, so I can get my meds that the Prescription Shoppe already had filled & waiting in a bag for me lol, they know how my Dr is (gets super busy, small private practice, so I let APS know ahead of time that I'll be waiting on my Dr again lol, they fill it before my Dr even faxes it). Friendly, helpful with information on medications, interactions, generic pricing, and oh so patient with me!!! It takes a special person to deal with me ? ? And not only are they in top of everything, friendly, efficient, affordable, they go out of their way to help you get what you need, & answer questions (for me, it's a good one, because I've already done as much research and contacting friends that have already had my issue, & yes, all of my ppl go here too.... But this awesome shop has that small town, friendly vibe, $1 bags of old fashioned hard candies, traditional remedies, and.......**drumroll** I walk in the door, and they all remember my name! AND they pronounce it correctly.... Nobody knows how much just that little bit makes my day... I really appreciate everything that Aberdeen Prescription Shoppe has done, & continues to do for me!! Thanks so much you guys/gals, you really know the meaning of 'customer service' and are very patient and understanding and empathetic with your clients! ? ? ?I recommend you to people that I know, that need a prescription Shoppe that takes the time to not only listen, but care & assist. ? ? ? ?*****also they offer ph balanced water made custom to your needs!”

“I have been going to this pharmacy for atleast a year+. Their customer service is consistent. If you have an issue they are quick to try to fix it. They prewarn you if medication is a bit costly. When picking up, they are speedy to get you in an out with your prescription. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are awesome.”

“Unlike all the older/1 star reviews.. I got nothing but good things to say about Walmart in Aberdeen/Southern Pines, NC. The pharmacy for instance has always been quick, between 10-15 minutes the last half dozen or so times I had to pick up our meds. Totally understand during Covid being short on things, but overall, they did the best job they could do. Now everything is pretty well stocked up, and their prices are very good overall. (too bad they don't have a price match though is about the only negative thing I could say about them). I rarely find things I need elsewhere that are less expensive, however it would enhance the customer experience. I rarely see lines other than Christmas time where many people were returning things, and the lines go quickly, and the customer service not only at the returns but the cashiers and in the other departments including at the exits who rarely check receipts for purchases. Had to give them a 5 stars, as my experience has always been exceptional. One other major issue I like with this Walmart in particular is that they allow RV's to park in the lot overnight, while many other Walmarts across the country are moving away from that policy. My favorite store in the area, and we spend a lot there!.. THANKS!”

“I’ve been a frequent customer at the Walgreens in Aberdeen, and I can’t speak highly enough of the pharmacy staff there. Every visit, I am consistently impressed by their kindness and patience. They always go out of their way to be helpful, even when the store is busy.

I regularly pick up my prescriptions here, and the pharmacists and technicians are incredibly efficient. They handle everything with great care and professionalism, ensuring that all my questions are answered and that I feel confident with my medications.

It’s important for us as customers to be patient as well because they are working as quickly as they can under often challenging circumstances. A little patience goes a long way, and their friendly service is well worth it.
