Disrespectful to my teen daughter because she wore a mask. Although my daughter is 18, she looks much younger. One employee had on a mask but it was pulled down. Two patrons refused to wear masks and were verbally aggressive towards my daughter because she had on a mask.
Not one person made my daughter feel welcome. Due to the hostility, my daughter ran out scared before she could get her hair done.
We don't make appointments and leave on a normal basis but she didn't feel safe.
Absolutely shameful behavior.
