Today a new girl started and I noticed the line was getting long so when my time was up I spoke to an assistant that was outside on her phone (prob a break) I simply said What’s your name?The clerk answered April, why is there something wrong?I said I just noticed how busy a line it’s getting . April got right up, put her phone away and jumped on a register- WHAT A TEAM PLAYER! Props to you April.Thank you!-Just a customer rewarding good behavior.

I like this site for the convenience here in Vass. (There's not a lot of stores here). It's big and clean, only downfall is the customer service. I rang the bell at the register, only once, the gal came over and I said hello, but no reply at all from her. Previous visit, the supervisor was on the phone bad mouthing the regional manager, NOT EVEN SPEAKING quietly! Sorry, I just don't think either one was cool.

The assistant manager is really rude. I believe her name is April, if I'm not mistaken. She got to the last of my items to checkout so I move then closer to here and she says "can you not do that please sir I can handle it" in a rude tone. Plus some of my items fell off the counter and she threw a temper tantrum. Very unprofessional, the other cashier is super friendly to the customers, they should make her manager.

The store In vass is very unprofessional, the manager stays outside on the phone smoking cigarettes all day long in and out leaving the customers unattended and she is rude to the customers as well as the staff!! I miss the old manager Tavarus, he ran that place properly!! I've heard alot of people say the same things about her honestly and I just wonder when something is gonna be done about it!!
