I was in there today and stop by because it was the 99 cent hot dog day. I walked in and walked to the counter the older lady behind the counter looked at me and turned around and walked like she was hunting something. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and just waited and she looked at me again and almost rolled her eyes, again I thought maybe I was standing at the wrong section of the counter, so I walk towards where they had the ice cream and again she looked at me wrote her eyes out and turned around so after that, I decided it it wasn't worth me getting mad and flipping on this woman for her rude behavior, just for six hot dogs to take to some of my employees. I walked out of there and I will never go back in there. There's no sense in the childishness this woman showed and things like that will turn away customers in droves. If you hate your job that much by all means quit there are plenty of help wanted signs all throughout the county and rude behavior should not be allowed in any form of customer service. Also, I want to thank the restaurant 27 West for the superb customer service and even though they weren't 99 cents, my employee said the hot dogs were amazing! Like I said before, to the older woman who works in the little cafe section of Dan superette, if you hate your job and customer so much please just find some other work that you will enjoy.

Just pulled up to Dan's at 9:24. Lady locked the door right as I got to it. Disrespectful. Not suppose to close til 9:30.

I have never been treated the way I was treated here first we almost paid $40.00 for my husband a club basket I got a 4 piece tender basket and a large order of cheese sticks and when we got out and checked our food we only had 9 cheese sticks so I went back in the store and the older lady that works in there was being smart cause I asked them if a large order was supposed 2 b 12 and the young girl said I don't know well hello the menu thing is right in front of U and so they checked and it was supposed 2 b 12 cheese sticks so I said well yall only gave us 9 so we had just went out the door and the older lady had done turned the deep fryer off and the other lady told her well U only gave them 9 we owe them 3 more and so even though the deep fryer was cut off they still cooked the 3 cheese sticks but what really made me mad was the older lady was running her mouth about me 2 the other lady and she told her I know go ahead and smack me in the mouth so I know she was saying something smart and I am sorry but if U let people like her say stuff about customers who was very respectful run her mouth about they're customers I will not b coming back and doing business any more with yall it really hurt my feelings the way she was acting she was very rude and if I could have gave no stars I would have

I paid almost 4 bucks for a milkshake and it took 3 women and 3 trys to make a milkshake that would pour out of your cup like water very runny . I finally took the third one that was also runny and left mad . My 5 year old can make a milkshake by his self. Laziness. And the women were mad at me because they can't make a milkshake

I try to be a positive person and not get easily frustrated but every time we stop at this store it seems that the people behind the register are more interested in their personal lives as opposed to helping the customers. This morning I stopped in really quick on the way to take my children to school. The younger of the two was on her phone and I assume was looking up the older of the two on Facebook. She was saying something like are you under Michelle? Meanwhile I am just trying to get my stuff and leave the store while the lady bagging the items stopped to turn and talked to the other person. Those things can wait until you are not serving a customer.

Very close to my house so that's a plus. Most of the time friendly customer service but sometimes with certain employees not good at all. Still give them a 4 because nothing being close they offer some good things. I love their thin crust pizza. Also have breakfast sandwiches. And compared to other stores very fair prices

Friendly cashier's nice little gas station good for my location to it's the closest thing to me for drinks and smokes.
