Took my Hyundai for scheduled service today. Very clean environment. Met by the most courteous person who listened to what I needed done. I had added a couple of things to my original list. 1 hour 15 min. later everything had been completed and everything was reviewed with me. The bill was what I had been quoted. Very courteous and professional people work here.

By far the worse "customer service" experience I've had. Call about a recall posted on national database and was told it wasn't their fault to contact Hyundai. Hyundai is who I contacted in the first place. The service "manager" is hateful, unhelpful, and very confrontational he will speak over you and not allow you to talk. I was told they have nothing to do with Hyundai and their recalls even though they are Hyundai dealer and service center. After all the times I've taken my car there and waited 2 hours for a $70 oil change those days are done. I wouldn't recommend anyone reading this to ever use this place just go Paramount in hickory where they're friendly and helpful. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau and any and all government agencies about their practices. They lost a customer today I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! I have done lots of shopping for a vehicle and saw dozens of dealerships I would not consider using. From the moment I called and spoke with Cole, I knew that this dealership was for me. Cole made every effort to answer my questions quickly and accurately and he represented the vehicle honestly and accurately, when I arrived at the dealership to see the vehicle, It was exactly as he described and he was available to assist me throughout the entire transaction. There are so many dealerships out there that just don't know how to treat a customer and Paramount Hyundai of Valdese has really impressed me.
The other employees at this establishment were really professional and it was a pleasure being surrounded by good people.
If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I would definitely suggest shopping for the dealer first and this place has done an outstanding job with my purchase experience!

I highly recommend you find another service shop. They held my car for 3 months to fix one problem. The first two "fixes" were not what I asked them to repair. The third "fix" was a problem they've "never seen." When I finally get the car back it's still not fixed and now I have new car problems. Horrible customer service They never kept me informed through the whole process and when I called to check in They were rude and dismissive. When you walk into the building they ignore that there is a customer and carry on 5 min conversations before seeing to you. I will never go back to them for purchases or maintenence horrible customer service over all

I found the truck online and talked to one of their salesman to find out a little more about the truck. Went the next day to take a look and test drove it and came back and the next thing you know I was signing all the paperwork. Their staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the truck mine. Everything went smoothly and couldn't have asked for a better experience! So if you are in need of a good vehicle you should check them out and maybe they can put you in the ride of your dreams.....

Salesman Justin and sales manager Cole both helped with an issue I had on a new vehicle. They gave outstanding support and helped me resolve the issues at they both said they would do. I thank them both for keeping to their word. Would highly recommend them for your car buying needs.

Bought a used f150 from them about a month ago and pleased with vehicle and process. I drove from middle TN to pick up truck. Price negotiation and vehicle trade all done prior and upheld when I got there. Worked with Glenn in vehicle sales and he was very helpful and patient with all my questions.

Professional and personable service.
A trash can out front to throw away the paper floor mat and rear view mirror tag would be nice.
