Very thankful to have Dr. Scoggins as my primary physician. His staff is always kind and helpful. He has always been attentive and thorough, I've never felt rushed. He's laid back, down to earth, personable, and caring. 1st saw him 5 or 6 years ago. Highly recommend

First of all people this is not Valdese hospital for awful reviews! This is reviews for valdese medical associates a doctors office not the hospital or er. Just wanted to leave a good review for Janna a PA at the urgent care she is awesome very smart young woman i wouldnt mind having for my primary care doctor.

People need to pay attention when you leave a review. Valdese Medical Associates in NOT the outpatient center nor the ER at Valdese Hospital. It is an office for family medicine. You are giving bad reviews to good providers!

First of all ,Why is everyone reviewing the hospital . This is not Valdese Hospital . It is a doctors office . Anyways , If you are smart you will look elsewhere . I have had 4 doctors in 6 months because they all leave because this place is horrible, Rude front office and doctors are also rude and care nothing about you . Worst experience at a doctors office I have ever had is here in past 6 months . It was a great place when Dr. Browning and Dr. Lippard were there . Both left . No good doctors there anymore.

Dr Hamm and Dr Speagle are absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend them for kids and adults. My kids were patients at Mtn View and I’m so relieved to have much better care with these two doctors.

Every single time I call, they never answer the phone. I have called the Express Care, and they “relayed” the message. Totally unacceptable!!!! Do yourself a favor and find another doctor!!

Waited almost 3 hours to not be seen. This is a pill mill! All the dope heads were seen. My blood pressure was at stroke level. Shame on you!
