“This is a small auto parts shop on the south side of Statesville. To say they have almost everything one would need might be an understatement. We originally came here as a last resort looking for an obscure car tool that none of the chains carried in stock but offered to order for exorbitant prices. Johnson's not only had it, but priced it affordably. They literally saved the day for us. We have been back many times since. If they don't have it in stock, they can order it. It arrives in shop promptly. Their prices are very reasonable. We will continue to be their customer.”

“Dropped my truck off well before time for my appointment. The assistant service manager got me a loaner car and on my way in no time. Got a text when my truck was ready, accompanied with a video from my technician explaining work completed and that my truck was ready. I liked the option of paying my bill online right from my phone, so picking up my vehicle was that much more fast, also it had been washed when I picked it up! Great service experience in a time when customer service is really lacking in many facets.”

“This review is for the great service team. A friend and I were heading out on a road trip on Thursday. We ended up hitting a tire on the highway which caused part of the bumper to come loose. We randomly stopped in to Flow without an appointment, and the service manager took the car back to look at it. Within a quick 10 minutes the team had the part fixed and we were back on the road. Super friendly and awesome service.”

“Flow Collision was awesome to work with. My vehicle was involved in a wreck, but by the time they gave it back to me, it looked pristine. The only small complaint I had was that it was difficult to get an accurate status of the car. Their technician would give one status while their computer has another status. Irrespective, I still give this shop high marks. My baby Azul is back home where she is supposed to be, and she looks fantastic and everything works well so far.”
