I made an appointment with Jodi at Home Trust Bank and she was great! When I called the bank to tell them I’d be late, an actual person picked up the phone at the branch where I was scheduled. It was awesome! No transferred calls or dialing 1, then an extension, then getting cut off!! I love smaller banks.
