You can't go wrong with Dwight! I've used them twice, one short (2 hours), one long - all the way to Philadelphia. He and his guys were efficient, careful, helpful, you name it. A. I've researched at least 10 moving companies. All are expensive - no way around that. But his price was fair, no snazzy sales pitch, and I'd happily use him again.

My husband and I can't say enough about how happy we are with Dwight and his crew. We hired them to pack our belongings and move us across town, from a two-story three-bedroom house which we'd lived in for 30 years. Also, the house had a workshop below, and we had some things in storage, a 10x10 unit about half full. The first day Dwight brought five men, and the six of them did the box packing in about three hours. The next day he brought two men. The three of them worked fast and worked hard. At first I was somewhat worried about how fast they went, worrying that they'd damage walls or doorways, because I knew they were going to have a long day. But as I watched them work, I could see they were being very careful. And it truly was a long day, but they were always upbeat, and they continued to work hard. Dwight, particularly, seems to have unlimited energy! They moved us into our new house with no damage to the houses or to the contents - and I say that three days later, after having unpacked at least half of our boxes, including the ones with the items which are most fragile. The only glitch was a small one, where a metal bed frame arrived with its clamps missing. At first Dwight said he would order new clamps, which we assured him was fine because we had an extra bed. But later that day he called and said he would get us a new bed frame the next day. And sure enough, the next day one of his men showed up with a new, good-quality bed frame! He and my husband put the bed together, and he took the old frame away. To us, that was above and beyond!

Dwight from DSR Moving really came through for me when my original mover ended up in the ICU and couldn't move me -- I found this out on a Friday night at 11 pm, the day before my scheduled move. Of the six highly-rated movers I called, only two responded the next day (Saturday), but only DSR said "yes, I can move you on Sunday." Thank you, Dwight! They were fast, professional and charged a fair price. And they figured out how to get my bed out and over a strange stairwell without having to take it apart! I highly recommend DSR.

Thank you DSR for helping with delivery of a china hutch I bought through FB Marketplace. Your employee, David, did an excellent job, very impressed with him and his work. Your equipment (truck with lift) and the packing of this piece of furniture was excellent. The flat quote of $150 to pick-up the hutch in Wake Forest and deliver to Garner was very fair too. I couldn't be more pleased! God bless your company in the coming year, helping your business flourish as you provide great service to your customers.

Dwight and his team are exceptional. They made our move from one townhouse to another so stress free in the midst of a hectic home buying process. They were quick, courteous, and respectful. They asked questions to make sure items ended up where we wanted them when they unloaded and took great care of our items. The hourly rate is reasonable as is their overnight storage fee. Also, Mindy made the coordination of the move simple for us also. She worked to make sure they could accommodate what dates/times we needed them to load and unload. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers!!

I first hired Dwight and his team in 2010 to move our belongings from a large home we sold to a temporary rental home with some of the items stored in storage. A lot of our furniture is heavy hardwood furniture with fragile glass. I was afraid that it would be damaged. Out of two truck loads our refrigerator door had a small dent. Dwight had a new door delivered to us and installed the new door within a couple of days. This is where you find out if the people you hire are ethical or not, when something needs to be corrected. Since then he has moved us 1) from the temporary rental to our permanent home. No damages. 2) Moved my office 3 times since 2010. No damages. 3) Moved two of our friends from one home to another. No damages. 4) Moved a sales office for a friend of mine. No damages. 5) He came out and moved large furniture we bought from a neighbor upstairs. They had to disassemble the item and re assemble it when they moved it upstairs. After that he said this one is no charge! No damage. The next item his team will move for us is a hot tub. I can't vouch for anyone else but myself and the people I have referred him to have all given glowing reviews. Pretty hard to find glowing reviews on moving companies! I won't use anyone else.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! My husband and I have always moved ourselves when we moved, and I decided that once we bought our house that I wanted to hire a moving company. Looked around and came across this company on Yelp. Called them up and spoke to Mindy about rates. They were affordable and I booked the same day. On a side note, Mindy is awesome. I called her numerous times with questions and she was always friendly and helped me out! We hired 3 movers. They were professional, funny, and asked questions about certain items. Most of all, they were FAST! All moving was done in 3.5 hours! If we move in the future, we will be working with this company in the future!
