The staff was very helpful and considerate. I needed a new sofa and found the item in the store that was advertised on the website. There was no pressure to buy like in some stores. I tried out many sofas and found the one I liked best which was the one I found on the website. The advertising was on point. Delivery was offered in a very timely manner. Ordered sofas on Monday and the delivery will be Thursday of the same week.

I browse the store for almost an hour looking for a new bedroom suit from a master bedroom. I stayed up at the main desk weather is new boy helping another person. Not only did I not see anything that I was interested in not one Clerk except for the lady on the phone and one of the delivery guys said hello. No one asked if I needed help not even a polite hey how are you.
