Bought a wooden tree puzzle a while back for my wedding on eBay. It was a 'guest book' tree wooden puzzle with a picture engraved on it. Didn't put it together for a long time, finally decided to put it together and realized it was missing a piece (probably lost somewhere as we had people sign individual pieces at the wedding) Found who I bought it from, looked them up and sent them an e-mail to see if they can send me the missing piece. They were really nice and went out of the way to mail me the missing piece so I can finally complete the puzzle. Thank you, we really appreciate it!

Kelly and her staff are awesome to work with and the display we purchased was a gift for a family member. It is such a good looking piece we are now going to get one for ourselves and also tell all of our friends about Personal Handcrafted Displays. The artisans at PHD helped me finish off a project with some custom engraving. They were friendly, helpful and incredibly skilled in working with many materials. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to make anything look its best.

We had a vision for unique fireplace mantels for our new home. Ken and Kelly were very gracious with their time, showing us around their shop, and providing different options for us based upon their inventory. They were such a pleasure to work with and the mantels came out even better than we had envisioned. Highly recommend!!
