Sugar cookies tasted like someone forgot the sugar and cookies were a bit small. Box was a very nice box. “Bought a wooden tree puzzle a while back for my wedding on eBay. It was a 'guest book' tree wooden puzzle with a picture engraved on it. Didn't put it together for a long time, finally decided to put it together and realized it was missing a piece (probably lost somewhere as we had people sign individual pieces at the wedding) Found who I bought it from, looked them up and sent them an e-mail to see if they can send me the missing piece. They were really nice and went out of the way to mail me the missing piece so I can finally complete the puzzle. Thank you, we really appreciate it!”
