I just went in to this dollar tree and purchased 20 items. The lady ringing me up names Michelle already had an attitude because she had to get on the register and this is after i had already been waiting in the long line that wrapped all the way around and down an aisle. She rang up two of my items twice she corrected one but not the other and then i tried to explain to her that she over charged me and rang up my item twice again but instead of listening she just had an attitude and said she didn’t and granted she did try to count and see but she could hardly see the receipt and i tried showing her and she just kept saying yeah it canceled each other out but she wasn’t listing to the fact that she rang up another one twice. Dollar tree please do better! The store was a mess as well with blue paint all one the floor the line to checkout was ridiculous and there was 3 employees there with only 1 on register until michelle came up being rude. The extra $1.25 isn’t going to kill me but the least she could have done was listened.

I asked an employee for help finding an item. I even had the SKU number, as other DollarTree employees had looked it up for me. She refused to help me. She waved her hand and told me that, if they had it, it would be in some section. I am not even sure what she said. The woman working the register sounded cheerful and friendly, though I did not make it to the register.

The employee that was working on 2/7 around 12:15 was rude. I asked her to bag my water she seemed annoyed that I asked and she didn't even finish bagging my other items just threw them in a bucket that I purchased as she WAS EATING RINGING UP MY STUFF. Unprofessional. I get it dealing with the public can be exhausting but come on.

I don’t have a problem with this store. It’s a Dollar Tree. I go there a lot and can always find what I need. Staff is friendly. The store is messy but always stocked.

This location is stepping up, it has become much more organized. On recent visits have purchased well known ice cream and breakfast meals for the microwave.Decorative towels and even items for a day trip to the pool can be had.

I got there at 8:30 pm and the door on the side of the store I parked in was locked. I went to the other side to see if it was locked in the rain and it wasn't. This store is the one messiest, disorganized, dirty stores I have been in. If a fire was to break out, God help the people inside. The fire Marshall should shut it down. On the inside of the store, four(4) buggies were interlocked across the locked door. A fire would panic people if they were there after 8:30 pm when one door is locked with buggies blocking it. I can see locking a door at 8:50 pm, but 30 minutes before closing will run people off. I will drive to town before trying to shop in the Troutman, NC location of Dollar Tree. At least there, the store is kept in order and halfway clean.

This is the most dirty store I've ever seen got trash on the floor plus it smells looks like the staff don't even care when stocking stuff this store needs help or a new manager one please help.these people PLEASE!!!!

Was there a few weeks ago. So many balloons down the first aisle to your right as you walked in, several broken down boxes on the floor on Valentines candy aisle, craft section had so many products slung on the shelf in the wood and metal, and the staff was unfriendly. This Dollar Tree plus was always so neat, clean and my favorite but I won't go back to this one.
