The guy answered the phone as if I was a bothersome, agreed to tow me, as I was waiting every hour and a half I called back and the guy had different excuses like he’s coming from Charlotte, then he is stuck in traffic, three hours later stopped answering calls or text and left me stranded all night. Completely unacceptable to a customer in an emergency. Shameful service.
