“The facility is clean and the staff was nice when I reserved my unit. They have clean restrooms and elevators. They have carts to help you move your items to and from your vehicle. You need a password to get in. The only issue I have is parking. I'm not sure why they have no real parking beside the entrances. So you park in front of storage units on the first level. Hopefully, you aren't blocking someone. This will be my last month using their storage, because they increased my rate. If they increase your rate, they don't give you much notice...less than a month's notice for me twice. Hopefully, you receive their increase in the mail because I didn't receive a phone call, text or email of the increase. Make sure you have your payments automated. I misunderstood when I signed the contract that my payment would be automatically updated. I was late my first payment by less than 1 day after realizing my payment wasn't taken out. I immediately paid and set up my automated payments, but I was 12 hours too late. That automatically increased my rate by $10 for the rest of my stay. Now the increase is going up an additional $40 than the agreed amount.My unit is on the 3rd floor. I didn't need for my unit to be cold, but you can tell the temperature difference between the first and 3rd floor. After moving things after around, I am typically very sweating even in the winter time. Make sure you give them notice before you leave.”

And even if it passes she tried to work with u the best she can if u can tell her when u can pay. I would recommend to EVERYBODY best in Greensboro”

“My experience was SUPER EASY here! All online and good to go! Julia helped me over text with my unit # and gate code...easy as pie! She even sent me a pic of a great lock to put on it! I am so happy with how easy this was! No paperwork...just online and texts. Julia even helped me because I accidentally got my unit in the wrong city, this move has been craaaaaazy hard, in less than 3 mins I had a text and she transfered me right over to the right one! Y'all I'm telling you...super nice Julia and easy experience!!”

Great security, very clean and nice looking, they keep there properties up very will, friendly service and fair prices..You can go on their website and reserve a storage spot.If you check around some of the prices vary depending on the location.The move-in special for $35 I think is a great deal if you only needed it for 3 weeks you've only spent $35 so it's not bad and they give you a free lock too.Well worth it.”

“Not in the best neighborhood and very minimalist facility -- little to no cameras or extra security beyond the coded entry gate and fence. But the prices so low, even for the biggest 10x20 was lower than anywhere else checked or used my own in past. I personally wouldn't go there alone past dark, mainly because that's what the office manager advised when we went to sign up.”

“Moving is such a stressful experience! Fortunately I found AAA Self Storage on Groometown Road. I had never used a storage facility before and wasn't quite sure what to expect. The staff there were super friendly and extremely helpful. The use of the moving truck - for free!! - was a surprise added bonus. I was supposed to keep a single 10 x 20 unit for a month, but ended up with 4 units for two months (to date) Michell Riggs was awesome to work with. She made sure my units were close together for my ease of use and made the whole chaotic and difficult situation a little better - which was very much appreciated! Someone needs to give that lady a raise! :) I've visited the location numerous times to move my belongings out a little at a time and every time, Michell and Julie are friendly and happy to help me in any way possible. Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough. I hope to never have to use it again though! :)”

“The units are very clean, newer, and are exactly what storage space indoors would be. There are plenty of access doors and the majority of the units are close to one of these so you do not have to walk extremely far away. They have hand trucks available at each exterior door access that you can use for free but it is first come first serve type thing. Amy H at the front office is extremely helpful and very kind. Explains everything about the units and let’s you view different units to make sure you get what you need. They have taken all safety precautions as well. The interior is well lit and you do feel as safe as you should be in these type places. I would recommend these over other area.”
