“I would like to give a great shout out to Mike and Ben at Jamestown USPS. THANKS FOR BEING PROFESSIONAL and extremely efficient along with being helpful in me getting my first passport!! You guys rock!!!!”
“This is not my normal post office when I was just in the area and dropped off some packages but William is awesome he was trying to make everybody laugh definitely friendly”
“I've always had good experiences with this post office. I bring multiple packages at a time every week, without pre-printed labels. The employees are always friendly and never frustrated that they have to do more work on their part. I can only speak for myself and my experiences though.”
“This is the most helpful post office I have ever encountered. From the postmaster to all the other employees they are very helpful and this place does get busy. I have a relative that always wants the new, unique stamps. They always are helpful in finding those for me for her to use.”

4615 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro“Nicest postal employees there! Very friendly and welcoming! Please be aware if you look online the time for opening is wrong. They open at 9:00am not 9:30. That wrong info caused me to lose valuable time waiting for opening hours. The Postal Service has reported the incorrect time over a year ago but nothing has changed. Hoping with Googles help to get it corrected.”
“I've only lived here less than a year but these guys have been truly amazing. I regularly order things from over seas where they always seem to get the address mixed up or are missing parts that are needed to be delivered and this post office has gone above and beyond to track down my package and deliver it. One lady actually delivered a package to me personally on President's Day! (a federal Holiday for them). They are such a pleasure to talk to on the phone as well and get back to you in a quick and timely manner. Simply the best”
“I've had no problem with this post office but, I gotta give only 4 stars after seeing packages clearly marked fragile being tossed into a bin across the counter”
