“Quality Hardware is everything you could ever want in a local hardware store. I've got fond memories of coming here has a child 25 years ago and as a homeowner now, they are still my first choice when I need small hardware items, or when I need good advice. For the size of the store, it is really remarkable how much variety they have crammed in, and the absolutely amazing staff don't hesitate to help you figure out a solution to any problem. I can't tell you the number of times I have walked in with a poorly explained question, or half of a broken piece of something, and they've immediately identified what I needed, showed me where to find it, and explained to me the best way to fix something. For your average 90's kid who is maybe not the best a home repairs, Quality Hardware is constantly the lifesaver I need them to be on small home repairs! For bonus points, you can't forget how wonderful the fresh popped popcorn is. It really lightens up a frustrating unplanned repair to get a bag of delicious, fresh popcorn for less than 50 cents!”

“You never go to places like Home Depot with a specific item in mind. You go with a specific need and find the best tool to get it done. I went to look for an item. Usually, their app tells me the isle and bin number. This said nothing. If you have that problem, look in the front seasonal section. That's where I finally found my item.”

“I just go here as a truck driver but from what I have seen it looks like they have nice stuff but as far as being a truck driver going here they are normally pretty quick to start unloading you but some times a little slow finishing unloading you but if they have no interruptions they are quick normally 45 mins to hour for a full trailer”

“My brother and I came in looking for doorbell chime and it wasn't were it was specified online. Unfortunately the first few people we asked for were busy...changing shelves or something? Luckily Allan (I might be spelling it wrong) came to the rescue and got us in and out wicked fast. They were in a different location but that's on the website not the workers here. Will definitely pick HD in lieu of Lowe's (which no employees came to assist us when we tried there first) for my next purchase”
