Every time I try to shop at this store their cash register needs to be "reset." This process takes upwards of 20 minutes. Today it needed to be "reset" after each and every customer. Absolutely ridiculous.Meanwhile, there were three employees standing around looking at the terminal. Maybe, just maybe, one of them could have opened up a different register? Oh no - when asked, one of them said that the reset doesn't take long. Meanwhile, three people walked out of line without their items and left.
