Every time I've visited this PO branch, I've found the employees friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Closed the passport line down 30 mins early. Do not respect people's time and will tell you they aren't taking any more even when there is time available.

If you have plans don’t go to this one. Does not respect posted hours: opens at 10am on Saturday but will have a line out the door until 10:16am before opening the gate yet closes the gates promptly at 11:50am when they are supposed to close at noon. Plan accordingly when dealing with this office or better yet wait till Monday and ship at another location.

Postal service seems to always get a bad rap, but I generally always have good experiences at the TW Alexander location.

For years we have dealt with a lazy and incompetent mail delivery driver who spends most of her time on her hands-free phone, which causes her to mix up my mail with the neighbors all the time.To make matters worse, she refuses to get out of her vehicle to deliver anything too big for the mailbox. On several occasions, I have had to go to this post office and complain because the driver refuses to get out and instead deems my packages as a USPS "hold", which should mean that either I or the sender requests this during shipping. On each occasion, neither the sender nor receiver (me) has requested this hold. We only request they do their job and place packages on my very easily accessible porch. I have had to get the Inspector General (OIG) involved several times just to get a resolution. As you can see from other ratings/reviews, I am not unique in my opinion about the lack of service, quality, effort, and commitment that is displayed by the postal workers here. The delivery drivers, and the managers that support them, need to be fired asap.

They don’t even offer tape. I use the tape left by them on help desk but they force me to buy a new tape even after I get the parcel taped just to get their sales!!!The white guy there was mean. They don’t deserve even a single star.

A glacier moves faster than the line here. Self service kiosk is broken. Our government at its finest. ?

Lady behind the counter was nice. This post office was out of stamps.

Wait... wait...need patience. Not for the crowd in a hurry. They didn't have Christmas stamps at Christmas time...very efficient, not. No one ever cares. Sad.

I cannot fathom how the delivery drivers CONTINUOUSLY have issues with my address. God forbid you live in an apartment, I swear they don’t even bother to try. At this point I might as well just get everything sent to the post office for pickup because there is always an excuse for why they can’t deliver something. Sometimes it’s because I’m “not home” even though nothing I have ever ordered requires a signature. Sometimes it’s because of my address, even though the address is always correct. Are they lazy? Or dumb? Or both?

My favorite post office. The people are very nice here, always helpful. Without saying too much, They have always, always shipped all my packages that I leave, and I trust them to do that. Thanks!

Your typical USPS. Although I appreciate the staff, this location gets super long lines with 45 min plus waits. After waiting many times for very long times, now I skip going inside if the line is long. This location seems more busy than not. I also wish they would give USPS’s everywhere a makeover, they need updating.

The big issue is not service or the employees, but there are not enough folks working there. I have rarely seen all three counters available. Usually two people trying to handle everything which is insane, including passports and mail hold. As the Triangle grows, you would think there would be full counters unless getting folks to work there is an issue.

Only one staff person on a Saturday. Long lines. Staff was pleasant enough. Sells gift cards, packing material, shipping scales, etc. Has a machine that you can buy postage stamps from but it’s debt/credit only. Cash, you’ll need to go to the counter.
