Inconsistent! Went there tonight at 11:10 pm, was informed there were already closed. This is not the first time that I've gotten there shortly after 11pm only to find them already closed. Had four employees standing outside with a line of cars around building. If your going to close at 11, post it. Change the signs with your hours.

When Christy Wardrup is the manager on the clock, the whole place goes down hill and she is disrespectful and coughs all over everything without covering her mouth!! When Isaiah Clark is the manager, the place is great he knows how to take care of business! Get this man a raise and fire Christy. Find someone like Mr. Clark to take her place and then boom u will be a 4.5star restaurant!

They don't seem to be short staffed but every time I come to this location it takes about 10 minutes to get through the line to place an order then another 15-20 minutes to get the food. Then the order is wrong or they are out of something.

Went through the drive-through on February 17, 2024 to get a nacho bell grande with no meat just beans and a spicy potato taco. I received my food through the window and immediately opened it. There were no beans on the nacho bell grande. The person at the window was oblivious to what I was trying to ask him and I had to clarify that I asked for beans and no meat. He was very apologetic; however, when he went to the kitchen, there were no beans. I would have thought that he would have either asked to refund the food or substitute for something else. But he did not. I did ask for a little more cheese on the nachos because there was very little cheese and I had actually paid for extra cheese. And he was accommodating.

15 minutes in the drive through. Only 2 cars in front of me. Still nobody at the speaker after waiting there 5 minutes. Drove down the road to Arby’s and had a meal in 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time!

We waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. Terrible service and food was cold. Never going back there again!

There seems to be a management issue at this location. They definitely weren't short-staffed. There was a whole crew in there. They had a line wrapped around the building and it was barely moving. We ate inside. It took over 20 minutes to get a very basic order. All of the food came out cold? How is that even possible? It's kind of funny when all over the walls it says their motto is how "fresh" everything is. Dining room was dirty, there was standing water all around the drink machines with no sign. I probably won't be going back any time soon.

Had not eaten at wendy's on a while. Stopped in for lunch. Nice clean restaurant and helpful staff. Got to try the chicken sandwiches.

The girl taking money at the drive thru informed me she could not take a large bill because she just got on that drawer. HELLO it's 11:45 am just before the lunch rush. Most people would assume the registers have cash in them. You know kinda planning for the rush for lunch. I asked her if one of the other registers had change. You would have thought I had asked for a kidney donation. She gets a attitude with me I apologized and told her that was all I had except for 4 ones. She got change out of another register handed it to me and I said thank you. She didn't speak a word. Then I said you're welcome answering what should have been her response. Probably my last trip there and I work very close to that location. I would not recommend going there if you are paying with cash it seems to upset their world.

Last time we got a to go order, it was missing a burger. The staff is very friendly though. I'm sure if I had drove back they would have replaced the burger but I didn't feel like going all the way back into town.
