“Get customer service. We drove here from Tennessee and went there to buy a truck and they worked with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond any other dealership had gone before for our business and Matt and Michael are just good people helping others. Lastly we had our 4 yr old son with us and being a kid he wanted to see everything and everyone was polite and joked around with him and us about him being so interested in it all. Overall very satisfied and will recommend them.”

“On our way camping in Seven Devils and my truck broke down on the side of 421 on the mountain just outside Boone. Hamptons was an absolute lifesaver. Within 30 minutes they arrived with two trucks, one to take the camper to our campsite and was patient as we leveled it and the other to tow the truck to the dealer. I cannot tell you how great they were.....they took a stressful situation and made it bearable. Highly recommend them.”

“We had a dead car battery and a guy by the name of Nick who I think was the sales floor manager (or something similar to that) was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our ordeal. He helped as much as he could and provided us a wonderful service.

“They had the battery charger I needed to charge my truck until I can get a new battery for it. The charger cost 60 bucks, the battery costs about $300 but I didn't have time to put the battery in the truck today, so I guess now I'll have a charger in case I need it I can use it on my boat.”
“What a great and nice store! Large, well stocked, with the personnel behind the counter who know how to find the right part for you. Recently on a vacation far from home our wheelchair van broke down. After a visit to the Advance Auto Parts store I was able to get all of the right parts in stock at the store and with a bit of do-it-yourself mechanics the vacation was saved and saved a lot of time and money.”
