Had my mail forwarded ,most never arrived …my son’s Christmas card arrived end of April …. Now my post office box which I have had for 25 years rent is due NO ONE from this office sent me notice it’s due I have been asking for help from Lisa at post office and I am told to pay online which I do not know how to do .. I keep calling and have left messages for the new manager post master Thomas to no avail All I am trying to do is get help paying my box rent over the phone … I live 300 miles away This is wrong

They refuse to come down the driveway to my house to deliver anything they say it's the driveway but if they didn't try and speed down it they wouldn't have a problem of I could would give a zero

If you have a p.o. box, mail addressed to home address and you don't have a mail box, the driver just sticks it into any box and then if you complain, "It's your fault". Lousy service at this p.o. and the Postal Mgr is "It's your fault" with every complaint. Also, when you try to get who is the Mgr over this Post office, they ignore the question.

The staff here is always willing to do whatever they can do to help. Inside the office and on the routes, it's a challenging job to get it all done on time and correctly, handling thousands of pieces of mail and packages as fast as they possibly can. Thanks folks!

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE SOUTHEAST. Delivery person leaves open when raining and mail is soaked! Never delivers packages according to times given on online site. Ridiculous how bad service has gotten over the past year.

We have been having an on going issue for over 2 years, our postal delivery person cannot seem to get our mail into our mailbox. We received everybody else's mail, but our neighbors have to bring us our mail. We now only send letters and packages out, via a different Post Office.
