“I am not a “gym” person but this place is one of the most welcoming, helpful and friendly places I’ve ever joined. The dressing rooms are clean, have showers and definitely dont have that gym smell. They have great group classes which are always adjusted for any level of expertise and even tanning beds! My 12 year old had been recently encouraging me to join back so we could work out and get him ready for wrestling season. When the owner, Andy, heard this he took time to work specifically with my young wrestler to teach him exercises for the mat. Im thankful to have this place near where we work and play.”
