Did a wonderful job on my transmission. Work came with 1 year warranty. Onemonth later no issues yet. Will be back in another few months to follow up on my experiences

They did a great job on rebuilding my transmission they charged a hair more than some of the other places but it’s well worth the extra which wasn’t but like $200 if your wondering the car hasn’t shifted that well since we owed it. It was an 95’ Oldsmobile cutlass supreme and we used to knocking when it cranked and not anymore. Thanks guys again for the great job and I will be using them again.Service: Transmission

My dash light came on with no other indication of issues. They ran a diagnostic that determined it wasn't a transmission problem and suggested another shop that fixed the problem. They could have just said they couldn't find the issue and stopped there. They didn't.

Dropped my car off at 10:30Am to have the transmission fluid check. I let them know I lived over an hour away and wanted to go home. They said they would get to it after lunch. I called a 2:30. No one had checked it. Got my car at 3:00 and it was still in the parking spot I left it in. Terrible

Place isn’t worth the one star. Took my car there as the transmission started slipping, guy said he drove it around for 30 minutes and didn’t feel anything off. (lol) Didn’t even look at my transmission or check my fluid, just told me to drive it until I actually dies and then bring it back to them. Well it did die so I just towed it to them. Dude asked me why it died like IM supposed to know and I told him about my transmission slipping and that he told me to bring it back. He took a week to get to it, then said he drove it around AGAIN and had no issues and to drive until I “get stranded” and bring it back. Yeah no I wouldn’t take a toy car to this shop. Such a joke. We went and picked up the car today and my boyfriend said it died before he could even leave the parking lot. But he got it going again enough to leave. Only good thing I’ll say is that they at least didn’t charge me for wasting my time like most mechanics do.Service: Transmission

I haven't finished having my transmission fixed, however, the mechanics are very nice. They are dealing with my insurance for me which is a big help. They ALWAYS speak to you when you call and update you when you call and are NEVER short with you or brush you off. I can't wait till my transmission is finished. Great experience so far! ❤️
