This bank is untrustworthy and lies to cover up their fraud. DO NOT BANK HERE ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH. I am a disabled 60 year old man with a. Chronic Pain Condition. This bank was sent 2 wires with my money. 1 Wire was from the US Treasury Department, the other from a major US Employer. Both wires were confirmed as good and valid by Wells Fargo. I tried to invest a little money in Crypto and the wire was can canceled and they froze my account knowing full well the money was in my account. They are holding it for three weeks leaving me nothing for Food, my phone bill, my internet, rent, gas for my car. I have $4 in my wallet and $30,000 in Wells Fargo that I can't touch. They are crooks.

This bank is always the slowest Wells Fargo around triad area! They never have enough tellers! The line is always long inside! Good luck if you’re on your lunch break! Really sad they can’t do better!

I will never go back to this branch. This branch is a shame! All I wanted was to add my daughter (she was accompanying me) to a business account. I explained this to the bank officer, who was totally incompetent. I really think that was too difficult for him to understand. After wasting 20 minutes of our time, he told us that he doesn't have time for us !!! We asked to speak to the manager. She told us they were very busy !!! From the moment we entered the bank to the moment we left, we were there for 30 minutes. During this time, there were no other customers, at all. We went to another branch, in High Point - they were nice and professional.

This location has THE WORST customer service of any bank I have ever experienced. Most days the drive thru isn't even open at 9. They are ALWAYS under staffed and you will be left waiting with no acknowledgement. I avoid going to this branch location as much as possible.

This was the best Wells Fargo drive -thru in the area but for the second time, I have waited after sending my deposit in for over 5 minutes-maybe even 10 minutes today. The worst part is that the teller began helping people THAT HAD PULLED UP AFTER ME AS I SAT THERE. THERE WERE ONLY 2 CARS IN THE DRIVE-THRU WHEN I PULLED UP. I will go to another Wells Fargo in this area from now on.

Joe Henning has an anger issue. He should not be dealing with customers.Three different occasions I had to leave the branch after his temper flared out of no reason. I also witnessed raising his voice to a customer.

I am executor of Mom's estate and am responsible for overseeing her accounts. When I received documents regarding 2 accounts not listed in Mom's portfolio,, I questioned the manager and the banker. Shannon McNeill and Joel Henning became hostile and rude and would not discuss the 2 questionable accounts. Now what do I do? Mom has 2 accounts and I don't know what they are or how much money is involved!!!!!
