Worst pawn shop ever!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to do any type of business with them. They lie to you and will scam you in a heartbeat. Avoid at all cost.

This pawn shop is not like the others... and that is not a good thing. They have a "60-day cycle" on their 90-day loans. Conveniently, this allows them to keep your stuff after you make a payment - because they do not move your "pull date" unless you make two payments at the same time. The proprietor actually treated me like they were doing me a favor while explaining this scam, as if there was nothing strange about it at all. There are plenty of reputable businesses to do business with in Thomasville, drive right past this one - you can thank me later!

Almost every time I've gone to this place the guy behind the counter tells me something hilariously wrong about guns or gun laws. I go every now and again just to see what he says next, wouldn't buy any gun here. Thanks for the laughs all these years though!

I’d avoid it they had no knowledge for the guns I had a gun I don’t care about selling or the offer she just had zero clue on the gun. And it’s gun no even made anymore it’s more of the fact I called told them what gun it was all the details if they’d be interested in it she made me waste my time saying yeah they were interested to drive from Asheboro to there. So honestly avoid it zero knowledge on it.

Bought a wedding set from this location. Was looking to get some information about the previous owner to transfer the warranty on the Rings from Jared into my name. Even offered to give the owner of the pawnshop the number and manager’s information at Jared to reach out to them to keep it private. Unwilling to work with you once they got your money for a simple task. If this simple task is to much I can only imagine what else is going wrong behind the scenes.Clearly they must be sketchy about something if such a simple task is a problem. I don’t plan on doing business with them again.I’m waiting/assuming these sets are probably fake or stolen property. Or why else would we not wanna be respectful or helpful to what was gonna be a returning customer.

Good people and I can say that as I'm a pawnbroker also. Set up is nice. Smells good. Not junky. People are nice! Owner is nice guy. His workers are cool. I enjoy visiting. Go see them if you want service with a smile.

Came in with a friend,was greeted promptly and after their purchase I was given a free jewelry cleaning! Don’t sound like much to some but customer service seems to be a dying art!

Poor human being i showed up at 540,trying to get a Valentine's gift,with money in hand an instead of being a great human being to just let me get my gift he turns me away an all he can say was im going home when being told it's a Valentine's gift an i got money in head ill take less then 5 mins........he turns me away,just didn't care, poor customer service an no heart.......
