Bought a T540ixp from Thomasville Lawn and Garden at a great price. The staff are super helpful and friendly, especially Josh. Store is very nice and clean as well. Will definitely buy equipment from them again!

I’ve only been here one time … to have my Echo backpack leaf blower repaired. The folks were helpful and let me know exactly what was wrong and the price. Fair prices. The shop was clean and well-supplied with all sorts of outdoor equipment. All of my interactions are clear, concise and to the point. They are busy in the spring and they told me that up front and their time estimate was spot-on. I have zero complaints and would recommend them for services and (likely) sales should I need anything in the future. Thanks folks for your hard work and attention to detail.

I reached out late at night to ask a question via their website. I was responded to promptly first thing in the morning. I asked a lot of questions over the next several days and the communication was great. The individual I worked with was friendly, and knowledgeable. Gave me great expectations about my inquiry. A week later I reached out again to see about putting money down on a mower to hold when it came in because it wasn’t out yet. The person I had been communicating with went and double checked their latest delivery prior to responding. When he reached out he let me know he had just received the mower earlier than expected and was going to hold it for me. Drove 30min to pickup the mower. Everything was set and waiting for me. I was given a thorough walkthrough of the mower and the functions and got to see it run. Afterwards, It Took no time to get it paid for and loaded. The establishment was very nice and clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.I got the mower home and unloaded. Went to crank it and it wouldn’t start up. It was too late to reach out so I waited until the next morning. I sent an email and was responded to almost immediately. I was unable to make the call needed at the time so I called later in the afternoon and got to speak with a tech. This guy was great at listening to what I had going on. He apologized for me having the issue although it wasn’t something that was their fault. He offered to come to my house and take a look. Once he arrived, he found there was a manufacturer defect that had caused the auto choke to stay open. He fixed it to where I could use the mower, and he assured me he would get replacement parts ordered. He was one of the nicest people taking time to come to my house to see what was going on. The plan is parts will be ordered, someone will come pick up the mower, he’s going to give it an in depth check then return it to me. In the meantime I can use it as needed while we wait.Now you may be thinking this should have been caught when it came in but this is a brand new mower, first release, and the issue isn’t something anyone would capture while doing initial checks. This was a manufacturer issue but TLG is so amazing they took ownership. I couldn’t ask for better service all around.I work at a large company specializing on consumer relationships and Net promoter scores. This is the type of service every consumer wants. I would highly recommend TLG for all your lawn and garden needs and I will take all future business to them. It’s worth the 30 min drive for the service they provide.

Bought my mower last summer, sometime around fall the deck belt broke. I took it to TL&G to fix it. It turns out the factory warranty covered it but it still didn’t sound right. So this year I decided to take it to them to check the bearings, pulleys and belt while it was still under the factory warranty. They said that it would take 2 weeks to check it out. Almost 2 weeks go by they call to tell me that everything is good they cleaned from under the deck and sharpened the the blades. I said I hope I don’t owe anything! The guy that called me snickering says “ yea $100.05”. By the way I cleaned the deck and sharpened the blades before I took it to them..I didn’t ask for him to do that he told me that i brought it up to them to check it so he fixed it.. I brought it to them to check the operation of the deck to make sure bearings are not going out again while it was still under warranty! So this guy told me that he would have the owner to call me.. so Keith ( the owner) called. So I told him everything that happened. I told him that I couldn’t afford it and that I just brought it up there to check for the warranty items . Keith tells that $25 $50 $75 even $100.05 not that much I told him that it was a lot to me being I was the one working in my family and my wife is disabled and recovering from kidney cancer.. Keith said that “EVERYBODYS ALWAYS WANTING SOMETHING FOR NOTHING “ and “he has to feed 5 families” and he just to just come and get the mower. He didn’t charge me for the work that I didn’t ask for. But, I will not be going back to them. Thanks

Employees were very respectful. They were able to get me unloaded promptly and very quick on the paperwork. The only thing is that the guy at the front desk wasn't able to answer any of my questions but other than that nice place.
