I was a regular customer but today will be my last time. Came in this morning and got 5 pks of cigs and when I got in my car to check I only had 4 pks. Go back in the store and tell the not so friendly girl she only put 4 in the bag she argued that she put 5 and there was nothing she could do about it. You'd hv thought she would had made it right but nope just got screwed out of a pk of cigs. Just lost a loyal customer. Guess thats what I get for not checking my bag in the store...

Staff is rude. Prices on their Kratom is almost laughable compared to other shops. Because I was near there, I stopped in. Only to be greeted by irritable, rude, and impatient girl behind the counter. This place should be avoided!!! 2 thumbs down

Honestly the staff recently, mainly the girl, seem to just be in a bad mood everyday. The staff not being well versed in vape stuff is fine with me, i know what i like, but i cant deal with someone being ill all the time. Makes me uncomfortable shopping here now. Miss the old staff. If anyone knows, did the owner change?They were among the cheapest and friendlyest peeps, but now idk.Update: So i looked and i found cheaper places now and their staff is at least not ill mannered. So far 3 decent places in thomasville. Im finally reviewing all the vape shops i frequent, and this is only one so far that i dont like. ( i use to view them as 5 star friendly but now its one star friendly and maybe 3 star worthy prices on vapes)

Although they didnt have the coils or glass for my vape mod, they do have a good selection of disposable vapes and good prices on cigarettes.

3rd time I have attempted to come close to 9pm due to work travel. These attempts have always been within 15 to 20 before closing. This time atleast the door wasnt locked. I did walk in to dimmed lights, so I asked cashier were they still open. He replied "yes but only if you are paying with a card because I have counted the drawer already." I needed to pay with cash so he said he could do it and then changed his mind as he pondered over having to recount it. This is so unprofessional. If it is 8:59 pm, you are still advertised as open until 9 pm. Take care of the people that contribute to your paycheck and your reason for doing business.
