“The Thomasville location was excellent and Nyshaun was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was very helpful when we returned a pair of Jordan 4’s that were mistakenly ordered in the wrong size at the Eastchester location.
My daughter was thrilled that Hibbett had a pair of Jordan 4’s available in the website in a size 7. (Slightly too big but she’s still growing so it was ok). The sales associate at the Eastchester location ordered the Jordan’s. Imagine her disappointment when they came in the mail and they were a size 5 1/2. We returned them at the Thomasville store and asked to order the size 7’s…. And they were no longer available.
All of the sales associates we talked to were extremely helpful and friendly. We understand that they’re only human and humans make mistakes. However, this mistake eliminated the chance for my daughter to get the shoes she wanted.”
