This place is awesome! They have all the stuff you need with the nostalgic hometown feel! I went in for a couple bolts for my motorcycle and one of their employees by the name of Thomas helped me he found the bolts that I needed so I took them home and they were too long, well they did have the next size down so Thomas suggested why don’t we cut them! He cut them and they worked fine! Great guy and that he will be the reason I keep coming back here! You don’t have customer service like that at Home Depot or Lowe’s! Keep up the good work guy!

Last time I'll be going to this place. I needed some wood screws. The gentlemen in this section was too busy talking to help me so I got the screws I needed asked the younger lady at the counter for a bag for the wood screws. Then proceeded to go up to the register the older short blonde woman said she needed a price. I said she needed to talk to the man in the back. I told he was too busy talking ro help me. She said she couldn't go back and ask him for a price and I had to do it. So I went and got the price paid and left needless to say this is the last time I'll be going here. This place doesn't have a clue on what customer service is. And the old blonde needs to be fired.

Will Not Be going back! I was in dire need of one bolt. It was 4:57 I knew exactly what I needed. The blonde short lady proceeded to yell at my friends that only one of us could come in. I get it, they close at 5 but you should never yell at a customer. During the 45 second walk to the back of the store to grab the bolt the lady was telling the employees to “annoy me and force me out”. Used to shop here all the time will never be back again. If they are willing to loose a customer over not being able to walk out the door one minute early maybe others will take notice and shop else where

Great staff very knowledgeable and personable. So much better than the big box stores. In and out in a matter of minutes instead of wondering through a big store trying to find someone to help you.

Quality Hardware is everything you could ever want in a local hardware store. I've got fond memories of coming here has a child 25 years ago and as a homeowner now, they are still my first choice when I need small hardware items, or when I need good advice. For the size of the store, it is really remarkable how much variety they have crammed in, and the absolutely amazing staff don't hesitate to help you figure out a solution to any problem. I can't tell you the number of times I have walked in with a poorly explained question, or half of a broken piece of something, and they've immediately identified what I needed, showed me where to find it, and explained to me the best way to fix something. For your average 90's kid who is maybe not the best a home repairs, Quality Hardware is constantly the lifesaver I need them to be on small home repairs! For bonus points, you can't forget how wonderful the fresh popped popcorn is. It really lightens up a frustrating unplanned repair to get a bag of delicious, fresh popcorn for less than 50 cents!
