Ordered a personal pan pizza, chocolate chip cookie and 2-liter Dr. Pepper. Did not receive Dr. Pepper. Driver advised that it was on receipt but it was not provided with order. Called and stated that was missing part of my order. Immediately put on hold. 45 minutes later was still on hold and had to hang up.

Ran in for a stuffed crust with my son. I ordered in the parking lot and by the time I walked in to pay my pizza was already in the oven. Both ladies working were friendly and supper sweet to me and my baby.

Yesterday, I ordered in the evening time maybe around 7pm two large cheese pizza. I haven’t ordered pizza in main four mths. Anyway, I do get my pizza from this place and I have no problem with thr way it usually taste. I always tell them to make sure that it is wells one. Well when I got home and the kids were hungry, I gave them the pizza. Immediately I noticed that the dough wasn’t done. It was chewy as well. If I can give this place a zero I would. Where are the people who used to work there?

Id seen a lot of unhappy reviews and was nervous but we had to eat. We had no idea this was a buffet when we popped in. We came in at 1:25pm. The buffet normally closes at 1:30. Originally were only going to order one pizza for 4 of us but they gave us the buffet, cooked a beautiful spread and made my family feel like a million bucks. Thank you to this team who worked their butts off for such a great first experience for us! We will be back! Do not listen to the others, this place will take care of you. :)

placed an order for a peporoni lovers went tru drive tru paid over 30.00 bucks for a pizza and bread sticks pizza was cold and not a peporoni lovers.go back to the resturant and Phallen wanted to argue over it instead of resolving the issue,horible customer service.I have more to say but ill leave it at that.

Extremely skimpy on their cheese, sauce, and toppings on both pizzas we ordered last night. Basically we purchased a cheese flavored crust. Very disappointed. Scrooge must have been the cook last night. My last time as a customer.

Had the newly reopened buffet. Neither my wife nor I were impressed.It was edible and actually a good price at just over $10 each with a soda, but the pizzas were a bit over their freshness peak and my wife wasn't impressed with the other items on the buffet.We may try again in a month or two to see if they get their timing and quality control improved. Hopefully they start putting out some pan pizzas. Everything they we're putting out was original crust.

Not the place to eat. I had always liked eating Pizza Hut because of the buffet. Hadn't been able to go for a long time and jumped at the chance last night. The pizza was dry and not good, the salad bar with the small containers 1/3 full and people using their hands to scoop out what they wanted. Your staff were not happy or helpful and argued constantly with the guy slicing and putting the pizza out. Trash goes in the can but staff didn't know where we should put the forks, glasses. Wait staff thought we were taking too long at the table. Not many people were there. Hope things improve. Toilet paper in the restrooms will help too. Tell your staff a smile goes a long way

So we tried the dining area they added to the Pizzahut. It's not bad as a small dine in eatery. Nice and clean area with a salad bar. Pizza was delicious as usual. It has the potential to become a very busy restaurant if they served pizza and salad for a reasonable rate, something like the lunch buffet they used to have. There is still room for some improvement. I like the direction it is going!
