I went there to purchase a new battery for my car. The employee at the counter charged me the installation fee, then told me to have someone else install it. I went to advanced auto parts down the road and they installed it for free. I took the old battery back to Orileys and got my $22 back. I honestly don't think he thought I was coming back from the disappointment on his face. Not to mention its my birthday today.
