We’ve changed our name from NorthState to Lumos, but we’re delivering much more than a name change. We’re Lumos, a provider of 100% Fiber Optic Internet, Total Home Wi-Fi, voice and streaming services across North Carolina and Virginia. We believe that the possibilities of tomorrow cannot be built on the infrastructure of yesterday. Love this place. Wish they were still locally owned, but they are far superior to Spectrum. Same high speed internet speeds or faster than Spectrum with fiber and costs less than them. (depending on what area you are in).

We live in High Point, we had to travel to Thomasville to return a receiver & replace remotes.Sad that there are no service offices for High Point customers
