Harold the manager, probably the worst person I’ve met in awhile. He’s so rude, has no respect to others. Workers told me that he doesn’t like foreign ppl either.

I was with Nordfab thru a temp agency for four months, entering customer orders. The job itself was fine, and I learned a lot, but the workload was very sporadic. Sometimes I'd be busy for a few hours, and other times I would sit there for hours with nothing to do. My boss would send me home early at least two days a week because it was so slow. In the four months I was there, I only had one 40-hour paycheck. Finally, they let me go because business was so consistently slow.

Nordfab Since Mr. Eric entered as president of this company that was the best from 1986 to 2016 Eric, all he did was take this company other than unpleasant Eric is an incompetent person for his completely irrational position with many problems of How to control his emotions by abusing of his position and his power should have been out many years ago

On May 22nd, 2018, I started my employment as a Western Regional Sales Manager for Nordfab LLC, a subsidiary of Nederman of America, in Thomasville, NC. This was after six months and nine interviews; as well as a series of personality and aptitude tests, drug tests and criminal background check. I quit my successful sales manager job with a staffing company located in Colorado to pursue this industrial sales position for the upward potential of performance based compensation. I was told that I would receive six weeks of training and I could not contact customers until I completed it. After three weeks on Friday June 8th, I was informed by my supervisor, the Director of Sales, that my “employment with Nordfab is not a good fit and [they’ll] will be going in another direction”. I was terminated with less than three weeks on the job, most of it was training. This news came shortly after it was announced Nordfab’s sales in the Western Region dramatically dropped over 20% in the month of May. Because of not having a sales person covering this territory for nearly eight months, and the previous sales person now working for Nordfab’s competitor taking customers away, Nordfab’s sales suddenly plummeted in the Western Region.
