Wesley was a great help when we were looking for a new homeowners policy. Our current carrier had increased our rate by a huge amount without having any claims and we needed to make a change in companies. He was efficient and responsive to messages. Excellent customer service. However, don't have a claim they'll cancel you quickly. Been with them for over 20 years and never had a claim until 2022, cancelled our HO policy. They told me that they wouldn't even consider giving me a policy again for at least 5 years.

To high on rates. Kept going up on premiums never used the insurance and it almost doubled over the many years I was with them.
