“I came in about a week ago to discuss switching my plan and was greeted by Rania opening up the door for me! She sat me down and asked me questions that I didn’t even consider before and made sure I would have everything I could possibly need. I told her I needed some time to think and she kindly put her number in my phone and called me later on in the week just to check in! Now that’s an organized woman! I will be coming to her for everything now she’s so professional, and helpful! Definitely deserves a raise.”

“The manager Elwood, is the epitome of where dedication meets great customer service!!
I was on the verge of going back to AT&T because of previous bad experiences with customer care on the phone, but when I walked in and met with Elwood, he sat me down, explained things to me and on top of that, I walked away with a new phone and watch (after promos for being loyal customer for almost 7 yrs).
Not to mention the cost of my plan is even lower because of the new set of plans that are currently out now.
