I have used Metro by T-Mobile for many years now. I have always had a great experience anytime I've gone into the store or had to call. They are always kind and polite and most importantly they usually resolve any issue quickly. The only thing is I wished they had a better inventory of phones. When I went in for my upgrade, they were out of most phones. I still ended up with a great phone, just not the one I wanted. I realized I could have ordered what I wanted on line, but it was an emergency situation and I needed a phone then. Otherwise, Metro by T-Mobile and their services are great. I went in there on July 28th to reactivate my phone. Nancy the person working there told me one price but then charged me way more than the original quote but I still paid it then the next day I found out that she had put my phone on her personal account. Then today not even 2 weeks later my phone is cut off and telling me I have to repay the money again after only having service for a week.... She stole my money from me.... Do not come to this location... Will be reporting this store everywhere possile
