Gave me a verbal estimate of $600-800, for replacing a CV axle we saw later found out was a used part, overcharged me, when I arrived to PICK up the car I had also asked him to change the oil. He said he only uses the best stuff "Castrol" charged me 60+for oil change and the total bill was 1434, never called to discuss an increase, and ripped my bumper off to the point where it couldn't be reattached! Taken advantage of during stimulus time DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR CAR

Called in about a part, their phone was going in and out on their end so i couldn't hardly hear him and whoever answered was very rude!! If they would have had what i was looking for i wouldn't have bought it just from the way i was talked to!! My business will go elsewhere!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor quality of service. No return phone calls. Don't know how they stay in business treating paying customers like this. Would not recommend to anyone!

The staff at JC Nizzan could benefit from taking a class in effective listening and communication. I called them to confirm the availability of a part. I had the stock number and the exact description of the part. As I'm inquiring about his part the gentlemen on the phone rudely interrupts and treats the interaction as though I didn't know what I needed. I'm glad they didn't have the part, because I wouldn't have wanted to do business with them.

Showed up on Friday just before closing, owner explained he was on his way out but checked to see if what I need was there. It was but hadn't been pulled for the vehicle yet. Asked me to put a deposit and he would pull the party first thing in the morning and call me. He pulled exactly what I need and at a great price. He is hard to get ahold of on the phone, be patient.

Horrible costumer service, they do not value there costumers at all. They need to update there inventory as well. It said they had the part in stock online, once I called it was sold. Completely uncivil. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very rude. I called this place for an engine block they were showing on Car-Part. First they answered by just saying "Hello?" I didn't know if I had the right place. I asked if it was J C Nizzan. The reply was "What do you need sir?" I told the salesperson what I was looking for and he said "Already Sold" CLICK.
