Very disappointing…..….But I think it could be made right.I went here to have my car detailed and pulled it up into the line of cars.Unfortunately, there was a language barrier between myself and the young lady who helped get my car in the line. I told her that I wanted it to be cleaned, and that I knew that it was very dirty and I knew that it was going to be extra.Because of the communication gap, I didn’t have the opportunity to tell her that I would have been willing to leave my car overnight or for a couple days if necessary.I asked for her to shampoo the carpets and wipe everything down and vaccum.She went and talk to somebody and came back and told me that they wouldn’t shampoo my carpets.She told me that “the shampoo machine was down right now”I asked her how much to at least wipe everything down and I pointed at the highest listed price and asked if it was going to be $55.She responded that it was going to be $80 because it was very dirty.I told her that I understood, and I left my vehicle there and went on to do my errands for the day.When I return the next day to pick my car up, it looked as though the basic wash package had been done on this car. While things were wiped down, there was very very little (to none) detail work done to clean out cracks and crevices.When I pointed out some greasy handprints on the leather seats, I was told that it was extra money for leather conditioner.The long and the short of it is this, I paid $80 for a $50 job….And I would have paid a much higher price to have the job done right. The language barrier made it pretty well impossible to communicate even when I asked for them to at least review the work that they had done.I don’t have a problem paying for work to be done.It would seem like the fix here is for someone from the company to reach out to me and to give me a quote for the job to be done right.Certainly, if you have a newer model car and keep it pretty clean on the regular they will have no problem doing decent work for you.If you have a difficult project, you better be careful about expecting them to know and understand and price what you’re trying to accomplish.If someone reaches out to me in response, I’m happy to change my review to a positive experience.

Simply wow. This is my new go-to place. It is cash-only. I was so impressed with the level of detail they gave my wife's SUV. I elected the Super Wash which came out to $65. Worth every dime. I watched the care the team gave each car. Thank you. I plan to take my car over later today!

We recently dropped off our Toyota Tundra washed and detailed here after two weeks at the beach. The seats and seatbelts got sunscreen and saltwater on them. The staff shampooed both and got everything out. They meticulously cleaned the entire truck inside and outside. It was sparkling when we picked it up! Important detail for anyone who has never been here, they are cash only.

Second time visiting, went today got $40 wash. They really rushed thru my car tires still had a lot of visible dirt. Suds still on my rear mirror passenger side. My back glass looked about same which really had me disappointed. I will never do the $40 wash. I had to get a man because every scattered away to show visible dirt on my tire. They took a lot of time on this expensive white SUV, I was hoping to get same service. But that did not happen. I will keep looking for better satisfaction elsewhere because I was not pleased today around 4pm.
