I used to love this pharmacy. I have never had issues with my medicine being picked up. If I’m not able to pick up, my husband has picked up my medicine for and I even let them know that he was coming to pick up. He drove all the way from work to find out that he is not allowed to pick up my medicine Unless I wrote a physical note which is crazy, because I literally messaged them on RX and let them know they really need to do better on their information because it was not cool at all. We will not be returning we will find a better pharmacy.

I love getting my medicine from Guys Pharmacy because I never have to wait . They also give free gifts once in a while. You get to choose off the first isle. Very friendly people

My very first time going there they were so rude they treated me like I was some kind of a junkie or anything my caregiver was treated poorly I usually don't get bad reviews but thank God that my prescription was the last prescription I got this month I will not be going back the lady got on the phone and just call me a liar when I wasn't even there it was my caregiver that came and she just sweeping down that it was me that was in there they were just rude I just felt uncomfortable and I'm glad it's over

Hello everyone ? I have been using Guy's for over 2 years now and I have never had any sort of problems or anything else like that. I always have my copay for my medication when I come to pick them up and when Medicaid went up a dollar on their copays I was not notified by mail or email or anything and I went to pick up 1 prescription I desperately needed at that time and because I only had 3 dollars they would not give me my medication. I went to my car and dug out around 70 cents and I asked the lady who was ringing me up if I could bring them the other 30 cents back that same day and they just flat out said no. I finally had someone in the store give me the 30 cents. I am just trying to say that I don't think they can help out in situations like that causei had i not got my medication I can start having seizures again, cause it's happened more than once. Honestly overall they are a great pharmacy but that's the only thing that I have had

I use to use this pharmacy until recently. I am so upset with what this pharmacy has became. I was told they they will not fill my meds cause my insurance company only paid for one brand of my meds. So I had to run around find another pharmacy that would have the brand that my insurance paid for so I called my insurance company and after talking with them I find out my insurance company covered all brands.... Humm not what they told me so I call back and I am then told that my insurance didn't pay $57.00 of the med price. SO I asked ... your willing to lose me as a customer over 57 bucks when I spend way more money. Tells me this little place only cares about what they can make and not about the person. And I know you need to make money to stay afloat, but everything in that store is marked up, everything and when someone spends money there every month tells me that its okay if I overpay for any and everything, but they don't care about me. Makes me wonder if Robert Guy even comes near his store anymore or owns it still. Pretty sucky business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in shock. The medicines were called in this morning. They were filled and at my door by 11:30. This is superior customer service. I'm used to Walgreens not answering the phone and taking a day or two to fill prescriptions. What a nice surprise. Customer service of this caliber is hard to find. I'm so glad we switched to Guys. I just found my hometown pharmacy. Thanks Guys!

This used to be a really good little local pharmacy. I'm not sure what happened but I won't be using them again. I had prescriptions sent over recently and the pharmacist flat out just didn't fill one of them because they thought I could just get something OTC. When I specified my doctor wanted the specific prescription filled that he sent the pharmacist acted like it was a hassle. I had to make a second trip to pick this up and when I walked up to the counter the cashier just walks away. I won't be returning. I also was not asked if I had any questions for the pharmacist which I know from previous experience at a pharmacy that this is required by law. I called another pharmacy to ask my questions since they didn't seem to want to do their job here.

Fantastic folks. Best pharmacy in Thomasville! I feel awful about wasting all those years at Walgreens with these good folks right there. So happy I finally smartened up and would advise all others to do the same. Thanks Guys.

I went there the fine knee brace but they did not have one that I wanted so I got cold therapy spray I only spayed a little on my and could not stand the smell I have asthma but I had went to another store found knee brace and went back to guys after only 30 minutes and wanted my money they said they could not except return cause I only use a tiny bit. I have no problems at any other stores or drug stores. I will not be back.
