Two stars only because the pharmacist tries his best to answer any and all questions you may have. I fill multiple prescriptions here and have interacted with almost every staff member at the pharmacy, unfortunately I have never had a good interaction with anyone.The staff are inconsiderate and unkind on their worst day and indifferent and apathetic on their best. The phrase “customer service” is not in their vocabulary. I have filled scripts at other CVS pharmacies across the state and have never had as many difficulties with pharmacy staff or with filling my medications as I do with this one. As soon as I am able I will be moving my business elsewhere because I have finally had enough.

Terrible experience with a refill of a prescription. Reorders via the phone app, easy, received call the next day prescription not in stock and would have to be ordered. Called three days later after no follow up, prescription in process. Called 7days, one week, after prescription called in, told no prescription in process!!!! Spoke to lady in pharmacy, found order but having difficulty getting prescription. Suggested I try Lexington or High Point. Lexington could not find the prescription after I provided name, DOB, address, prescription name, prescription number. Told me I would have to call Thomasville and have them give me the prescription information. When I asked if she could put me on hold and her call since she knew what she needed told me they couldn’t do that! Called Thomasville back, said they could order a different prescription with doctor authorization, could transfer to Walgreens or Walmart, or I could try High Point. Stated HP had in stock. Called HP Store, no stock. Went to Walgreens, they did not have, pharmacist called other stores (30 minutes of their time) and found a store that had prescription. Yay Walgreens!! Went back to CVS to ask them to transfer, gate was down (store.was open) and they told me the pharmacy had to request transfer. Could not transfer for me. It’s MY prescription!!! And, they offered earlier to transfer. Needless to say CVS lost my business tonight. Do better CVS!!

NEVER TRUST THERE AUTOMATED SYSTEM!!!! ALWAYS CALL BEFORE YOU GO!!!!!! IF YOU CAN GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE!!!!! Everytime I end up waiting. Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 days. I'm so sick of it.

Can never get through to speak to anyone unless you wait on hold for 25-30 mins....and always a long line.MEDICATIONS sit in processfor days until you call and sit for 25mins just to have it refilled because the App is useless . The very reason I transfered from Walgreens.

This pharmacy is rude, uncaring, and lacks empathy for their patients. I am actually a doctor and the way they have dealt with me is beyond unacceptable. If any person is using prescription medications, it is because it is needed. The lack of awareness with this pharmacy is disgusting. Never again will I support this pharmacy.

My family recently switched from Walgreens to CVS after MULTIPLE issues with Walgreens here in Thomasville. I had one prescription filled here for convenience but typically use one associated with my job.That being said, immediately after my family switched (I pick up for them), I was impressed. No long (20-30 min) wait line at Walgreens, they always have sufficient staff there to handle the flood of prescriptions and customers and they are usually pleasant to work with.We’ve had to call a few times about some pre authorization issues and they’ve always been super helpful in guiding us and explaining the process.

Meds Out of stock, out of stock, out of stock for extended periods of times, Etc...... just bad inventory management control. Went to Walgreens, no problems, enough said!

Yes, we did choose this local location. However, I am sick and tired of the entire CVS pharmacy department including all pharmacist on Randolph St. This is the worst pharmacy that we have ever had to do business with. In the meantime until October, hopefully, we can find another location that will display better overall service.At the Randolph St. location, their performance is awful. Their customer service is awful. Their hospitality is awful. Careless mistakes and errors unacceptable! Their inventory is always out of stock unacceptable! Their wait times are ridiculously too long unacceptable! Most of all, what bothers me the most is their attitudes(rudeness & disrectfulness), and how they try to make their issues, errors, and problems the customer's fault unacceptable! Their staff and the pharmacists feel that they have the right to talk to us(paying repeat customers) any type of way unacceptable! However, I am sorry to say that they are in for a rude awaken, because they ARE NOT going to disrespect or be rude to us in any matter.On multiple occasions, this type of behavior and performance has been occurred. The sad part is the fact that the CEOs, District Managers, and HR are able to review their performances and reads the other customer's reviews & ratings on their website, and nothing has or is being done to improve the pharmacy department's performance and quality to better assist their customer's care. ACTIONS needs to be taken seriously to correct these issues immediatley!

I’ve had the worst experience ever at this location.Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. The lines are always very long and unorganized and staff are very rude! I will be changing my pharmacy to another location!

Don’t use the restroom. I was there at 8 am so I figured the bathroom would be cleaned. But nope. It’s always disgusting.

I spent over 25 minutes of my time waiting on somebody to pick up the phone so I could get my diabetic medicine. But no one answered. Well I'm so fed up with CVS that I will be moving to another pharmacy!!!
