NEVER TRUST THERE AUTOMATED SYSTEM!!!! ALWAYS CALL BEFORE YOU GO!!!!!! IF YOU CAN GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE!!!!! Everytime I end up waiting. Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 days. I'm so sick of it.
