I go inside the store and ask if the dress hanging up is nice enough to wear in my grandson wedding? The reply she gave me was, " not for a wedding in a barn! "My grandson ewas not getting married in a barn! I left the store and I will never shop there again. I suggest don't go outside when it rains, you might drown.

Very upset. Went there on Friday to shop for clothes and got sick needing bathroom. I was told they did not have a public bathroom and needed to go to Elizabeth's. I left and will never go back. Very bad customer service. I understand but I was there shopping.

Usually have no problems when I go there but today the lady seemed snobbish, stuck up, and had an attitude which I ain't got time for. I know we all have our days, but when you are working in customer service be ready to help your customers with a smile and put all of the other stuff to the side.

Everyone is working hard to handle the pandemic the best way they know how. Cato dressing rooms are closed. Purchase, bring home, try on, exchange, return, repeat. That is crazy. I went to the store 3 times to end up only buying 1 blouse. Its just frustrating. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Thanks for the blouse I love it.

Excellent service as always. Very clean, easy to find the size you wanted. Corporate wide system problem with credit card machine, but they handled it like a pro. Love coming in that store.
