I just stopped in Cash Pawn today at 2:45 PM. There were two flashing signs that said “open” yet the door was chained shut. I called the number and they said they were closed for lunch.

Absolutely the worst experience,This pawn shop is the worst, employee is misleading and doesn't even know his own store policy, claimsstore credit is good at other locations turn out there not even associated with but one other store in high point the man at the Thomasville store wears a gun it's probably not to protect himself from robbers but to protect himself from all the people that they ripoff,I bought a TV there desd pixels in middle of screen I returned it because of and he put it right back in same price for sale again buyers beware

Unforeseen medical expenses put me into a bind and I was forced to pawn my prize possession. My cymbal monkey it’s a rare gem from the 1800s. The manager informed me it wasn’t something they normally would take but still was willing to help me out given my situation. Couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. 10/10 will be coming back

Everything in this store looks dingy, the store looks dingy, the owner (fat white/Asian guy) acts like he doesn’t want to talk to anyone even when helping his customers. Not a welcoming place and honestly if you’re selling guns and don’t know anything about them you shouldn’t be selling them in the first place. Will never come here again.

My son called to ask about prices on an item and was hung up on without being answered. Very rude! Not how you treat a potential customer.

This guy operates out of fear. If you have to put a cone on your face and look fearful and stutter as soon as customers walk in, why do you work in a pawn shop, or own one for that matter? A man whose shop is located in exactly the side of town where he profits from the despair of others and covers his face in fear and shame is not one to do business with. Drive such businesses from your neighborhood. Pawn shops are there to do nothing but rob under the guise of helping.
